We believe that most companies don’t fail – or fail to grow and reach its potential – because of a lack of ideas, a poor product, innovation or size of market—they fail because they didn’t build a predictable, repeatable and efficient motion around finding and keeping their next customer.
FOUNDER & CEO
After being a part of the Netherlands’ Ymor for more than three years, I ventured to Dubai and found myself in Gartner. There, my responsibilities included advising tech CEOs on best practices while personally assisting with decision-making processes; this was all before an unfortunate pandemic hit our region hard.
In response to that event’s aftermath we started Chasm – which is focused specifically on helping emerging technology providers take their products into market effectively by overcoming current challenges they face head-on.
Coming from a background in leading tech marketing, brand-strategy and communications I moved into strategic account and relationship management in tech and retail/ecommerce. I have been involved in both established company growth and rapidly scaling start-ups managing complex cross-departmental projects teams and budgets. This combination and experience has brought me where I am today.
Driving business growth by optimizing companies’ go-to-market strategies. I lead with energy, fun and people first mentality. When you can’t find me at my desk you can find me outside kitesurfing, hiking or exploring new places.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
In my role as the research and development specialist at Chasm, I work with our team to research new growth strategies such that they can provide consumers a better experience.
I help companies get a leg up on the competition by accessing new knowledge that helps them create innovative products. I help our partners by bringing in fresh ideas from other industries, that help stay ahead of the competition.
Having studied art, I love to draw and paint. However, my real obsession is being customer focussed. Before joining CHASM my roles in retail and aviation were all focussed on customer service. Now with CHASM this has elevated to Customer Success. As part of my role I ensure the right services are delivered on a timely manner, helping our customers to boost their sales and marketing to grow their business.
One of the reasons I joined Chasm is because within my work for Think Orion, I saw a lot of companies struggling with their marketing communication. The agency or employees were not doing what they needed to do or did not have the skillset necessary to make it work for them.
Most businesses that shared this with me weren’t working with wrong people but simply lacked segmentation and value messaging and a clear growth strategy.
